Hercus Pressing capabilities now covers up to 300 tonnes. Whether it is a small Axle that needs bearings removed; or a large Gear to be removed from a pinion, Hercus has the plant and tooling to cover it.

Our 300 tonne Horizontal Press is now completed; and a large range of Plates and Fixtures have also been added to make this Press more versatile.

Also added to our capabilities is a 100 tonne Vertical Press; this allows Hercus to easily handle smaller jobs.
