GearBox Refurbishment
Hercus offers an extensive Gearbox Refurbishment service that provides our customers a cost competitive approach in giving new life to "non compliant" gearboxes.
Hercus's engineering facilities assure the customer that we can handle any size gearbox up to 9 tonnes; and depending on the type of refurbishment; majority of the manufacturing and assembly is performed in house.
Over the years, Hercus has refurbished many brands and styles of gearboxes; "David Brown, Flender & Brook Hanson" are just a few of them.
Besides refurbishing gearboxes; we can also provide a "Servicing Programme" that may be a viable option to prolonging the life of a gearbox.
Prior to any gearbox refurbishment, a written quote will be supplied; and in most cases, the quoted price is what you will be invoiced - "No Variations" (depending on the size of gearbox, and if any "crack testing"is required; a charge may apply to the quote).
