Annn Yang Cnc Lathe

DY-860 x 3000C Annn Yang CNC Lathe was installed in August 2009, and has been an excellent addition to our CNC Lathe capabilities.

With a maximum swing off 860mm over the bed; Hercus is quite comfortable in swinging large billets or forgings, such as Tyres for Locomotive Carts.

The other advantage is the 3 metres between centres; allowing Hercus to turn long Spindles or Axles.

Controlled by a Fanuc Oi TC Controller, and using the latest Cad /Cam software; Hercus can produce the desired profile required by our customers.
